Ted Leo, along with Weezer's Rivers Cuomo, Broken Social Scene’s Brendan Canning, and other indie-music celebrities will be participating in Athletes For America's 5 on 5 Soccer Tournament!. The tournament, set to be on 8/22 at Toronto's Cherry Beach Fields, will pit music/celebrity/media personalities against the public. This is all in support of a youth and cultural center for sport, arts and reconciliation in northern Uganda, where war has ravaged the region for more than 22 years.

Game Day: Saturday, August 22, 2:00pm – 8:00pm, at Cherry Beach Fields, 275 Unwin Avenue (at the foot of Cherry Street).
