Though previously reported by Billboard.com, Jerry has not died. He was taken off life support, yet is still alive. We apologize for the error and wish him the best in recovering.

Jerry Finn has been battling a brain hemorrhage for the past month and a half and has been taken off of life support. Jerry produced albums from Alkaline Trio, AFI, Dance Hall Crashers as well as had his hand on the mixing board of albums by Green Day, Rancid, The Vandals, The Muffs, plus countless others.
